Manage It Like Owners Should
This bay runs like Jobber. You own the RO.
A repair order is a quote that grew up: customer, vehicle, labor, parts, schedule, signature, money. Jobber rents you that loop. MILOS shows the mechanic example of encoding it yourself on Cloudflare, with Stripe as the cash drawer.
Scouting report
Why a property manager should care
A work order on a rental is the same state machine as a repair order: quote, approve, schedule a tech, do the work, photo, invoice, collect. Jobber (and AppFolio, and Buildium) will sell you that as a seat. The 0.1 version is:
Customer → Quote → Order → Payment → Delivery → Installation → Invoice → Accounting
| Bay / property | Jobber analog | Our object |
|---|---|---|
| Customer / tenant | Client manager | CUSTOMER |
| Vehicle / unit | Property / job site | LOCATION |
| RO line | Quote / invoice | ORDER + Stripe invoice |
| Bay time | Calendar | SCHEDULED + technician |
| Card at the counter | Jobber Payments | Stripe Terminal or Payment Link |
Cloudflare Workers Free will run this at shop volume. Static pages are free. Workers AI has a daily neuron allotment. Stripe still takes its cut when a card hits. That is “basically free” — not “cards are free.”
MCP — instructions inside the backend
Every AI on this company should load the same blueprint. Construction sister site uses the same tools with a different vertical.
{
"mcpServers": {
"milos": { "url": "https://mcp.milosproservices.com/mcp" }
}
}
Read the blueprint as markdown. Shopify is optional for parts; do not put PCI in a theme app. Stripe agents write the payment code; they do not own the RO.
